Greg Bentley focuses his practice on complex litigation, including class actions, consumer protection, catastrophic injury, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, product liability, mass torts, real estate and construction, and employment litigation. He has worked with clients involved in a wide array of industries, including telecommunications, hemp and CBD, sports and entertainment, hospitality, financial services and investments, real estate, land development and construction, and life sciences and medicine.
Greg helps clients solve problems through strategic planning, litigation, and trial. He was an important member of the trial teams for a number of bellwether trials and has taken critical depositions in the birth defect and polypropylene mesh litigations. He has worked closely with key scientific and medical experts from fields such as epidemiology, embryology, cardiology, urology, and genetics. He has extensive experience in drafting Daubert, summary judgment, and other dispositive motions. He is well versed in cutting-edge electronic discovery, including negotiating ESI agreements, managing large scale document review projects, and implementing analytics strategies.
Greg has helped clients across the country seek justice for injuries caused by negligence and defective products. He has represented families regarding birth defect injuries caused by selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant and anticonvulsant medications. He has represented women and men injured by the implantation of polypropylene mesh and metal on metal hip implants. He continues to represent clients who have been injured by inferior vena cava (IVC) filter implants, the anti-nausea medication ondansetron (Zofran), and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) such as Nexium and Prilosec.

• Assisted clients in obtaining favorable resolution of consumer protection claims brought in class action against national retailer
• Assisted general contractor in setting aside $350,000 default judgment and obtaining payment for breach of remodeling contract

• Assisted with representation of national guaranty association involving claims for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty and resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in damages
